3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. is a limited company, and there is no ownership agreement, dependence, or any other arrangement that could influence its decisions with any other company, nor is there any agreement, contract, or other regulation that could affect a decision in favor of or against an applicant. As a Type A inspection body, 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. meets the minimum criteria specified in Annex A of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard, the criteria specified in TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard for personnel certification, and the requirements specified in TS EN ISO/IEC 17065 standard for product certification.
3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. maintains its impartiality through its own management system, and all decisions related to compliance or non-compliance are made solely based on objective evidence.
3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. considers information regarding it’s clients, which are obtained from sources other than the clients (e.g., complainants or regulators) as confidential information.
3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. is independent of other organizations involved in the works or projects it provides service to. To ensure independence:
- It is not the owner or shareholder of the companies to which it provides services.
- It does not allow its employees to be representatives of organizations that perform all or some of the following on the products which it inspects: design, manufacture, supply, install, own, use, maintain or be a client of.
- It does not supply or design the products which it certifies.
- It does not provide consultancy services or any advice to the applicant regarding matters that may hinder the certification, for which the applicant applies.
- It does not provide services or products that could compromise the confidentiality, objectivity or impartiality of the certification process and decisions.
All relevant parties have access to the services of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. The company's work procedures are applied without discrimination.
The personnel of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. are obliged to maintain their impartiality towards the customer and loyalty to the company. The personnel of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. commit to acting independently and impartially in their duties, applying services and rules equally without discriminating against customers, and adhering to the company's principles of independence, impartiality, reliability, transparency, and confidentiality fully, based on national and international standards.
I declare that the personnel serving in our organization will not be allowed to participate in product certification, personnel certification and reviews related to the inspection or decision of certification of our customers for a period of 2 years, with whom they have previously worked as either a consultant, an auditor or as a personnel. The salaries of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. personnel are independent of the amount and/or result of completed inspection, product certification, and personnel certification activities.
Acceptance of financial incentives by the personnel of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. is strictly forbidden. Similarly, the acceptance of gifts that could affect the independence of the personnel or create the impression that it does so is also prohibited.
The personnel of 3D-Incerta Belgelendirme Mühendislik Gözetim ve Denetim Ltd. Şti. are also responsible for protecting the confidentiality. Therefore, all verbal, written, and visual information, intellectual property rights and information sources communicated to the personnel shall not be disclosed to third parties during or after the inspection, unless authorized by the customer or required by law. This agreement shall remain valid indefinitely even after the termination of the employment contract.

Quality Policy
The top management of 3D-INCERTA commits to taking all necessary measures and allocating all required resources to ensure that the activities provided to customers always comply with legal regulations and customer expectations.
In accordance with its defined quality objective policy, 3D-INCERTA maintains a Quality Management System that follows the TS EN ISO/IEC 17020, TS EN ISO/IEC 17024, TS EN ISO/IEC 17065, and EA-2/17 standards and the requirements specified in relevant ministries' regulations and works at the company level to continually improve it.
The top management of 3D-INCERTA commits to fully comply with the defined, enacted, and implemented Quality Management System and to allocate all necessary resources (training, personnel, equipment, devices, computers, etc.) to ensure the optimal functioning of this system.
The top management of 3D-INCERTA fully embraces the importance of impartiality and ensures the management of conflicts of interest and objectivity in the conduct of inspection and certification activities.
The company considers providing appropriate training to its personnel and ensuring their continuous professional development as a fundamental requirement for meeting the requirements of the Quality Management System and related technical forms. Through this Quality Management System, 3D-INCERTA establishes its quality policy and quality objectives.
Quality objectives are prepared annually within the framework of defined performance parameters (see KYEK-E4-F.011 Annual Quality Objectives) and are monitored in Management Review meetings.
Every employee with a role within the QMS is responsible for prioritizing quality assurance, being familiar with the purpose of the QMS and related documentation, and integrating them into their work life.
All employees, whether full-time employees or subcontractors will act impartially and will not succumb to commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise their or the company’s impartiality or lead to any conflict of interest.
All 3D-INCERTA personnel and subcontractors are obligated to sign the Independence, Impartiality, Righteousness and Confidentiality Agreement (KYEK-E11-D.002) and adhere to it.
To ensure that the QMS is in effect and up-to-date, a Quality Management Representative has been appointed. The Quality Management Representative, independent of other responsibilities, is authorized and responsible for ensuring quality assurance through the documented requirements of the QMS and periodically reports information about the performance of the QMS to the General Manager.
The effective execution of the QMS is ensured through regular reviews and problem-solving meetings to meet the established criteria of the QMS.
